This line covers Starlink service for the hire period; it does not include the terminal, router or cables. If you need a complete connection, add the Starlink V2 hardware separately.
What the service includes
The plan provides unlimited data for the agreed hire period. “Unlimited” refers to data volume, not a guaranteed speed. Starlink states that performance varies with location, obstructions and network congestion, and its fair-use rules may affect service under heavy demand.
Tell us when the connection needs to be live. This service is priced monthly, so the dates matter even though there is no physical item to collect or return.
Compatible hardware
Our V2 kit is Starlink’s rectangular Standard Actuated terminal with the Gen 2 Wi-Fi router. Hardware and service are listed separately: customers who already have a suitable terminal can hire the service alone, while a complete order should include both.
Available V2 hardware lines include the satellite terminal, Gen 2 Wi-Fi router, Ethernet adapter and 75 ft cable. The Ethernet adapter is useful when the Starlink connection needs to feed a wired network, access points or other production equipment.
Planning the site
Starlink needs a clear view of the sky. Buildings, trees and temporary structures can interrupt the satellite path, so choose the terminal position before planning cable runs and Wi-Fi coverage. The service does not guarantee a particular throughput; if your event depends on a minimum speed, discuss the location, expected users and critical applications with us first.
We can also supply Cat5e cable and Ubiquiti access points for wider site coverage. For a racked distribution system, use our rack designer or ask us to specify a suitable package.
